We start with FAS-Grade American Poplar Hardwood Lumber sourced right here in Kansas City, MO as the Core of our bullnose products.
Our Materials Are What Sets Us Apart
We work exclusively with high-end manufacturers that produce 20-40 mil wear- layer Freeform Glue-Doen LVP. We use only the best quality Freeform LVP in the industry.
Our premium lumber and LVP is precision cut, milled, and shaped using custom-made, state-of-the-art machinery, also made in the USA.
The final step is our advanced bonding and curing process. Once a full set of bullnose profiles are completed, they are thoroughly inspected, tested, and paired with a coordinating tread piece and riser if necessary.
We are the first and only Designer LVP Stair System to use 5 mm commercial rated Freeform LVP.

Freeform LVP is a Glue-Down LVP product that is much stronger than your typical WPC or SPC Floating Clicklock LVP. FREEFORM LVP also has much more grip and texture than Floating LVP.
